Making Cancer Care More Accountable: Memorial Hermann's Cancer Accountable Care Organization (ACO)

Commission on Cancer logoOur teams of affiliated cancer specialists collectively strive to improve quality of care by increasing the coordination of care and improving processes aimed at delivering best outcomes while driving down the cost of care. Organized into Centers of Excellence, cancer care teams meet in a multidisciplinary setting to create personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their cancer care needs.

Oncology care at Memorial Hermann is provided at eight hospitals accredited by the American College of Surgeon Commission on Cancer: Greater Heights, Memorial City, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, TMC, The Woodlands and Katy. Memorial Hermann’s cancer network also includes three nationally accredited rectal cancer programs and a network of breast imaging and diagnostic centers.
