Dr. Nina Zatikyan, MD

Nina Zatikyan, MD, earned her medical degree form Yerevan Mkhitar Heratsi State Medical University in Armenia. She then completed her internal medicine internship and residency with UT Southwestern Medical School at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Zatikyan went on to complete her fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care fellowship with UT Health San Antonio at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and critical care medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), Dr. Zatikyan has advanced training in endoscopic and critical care procedures, including bronchoscopes, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), thoracentesis (thoracocentesis, pleural tap), percutaneous tracheostomy placement (surgical tracheostomy, ST), and ultrasound evaluations of the lung, pleural space and heart.

She cares for patients living in Alvin, Bacliff, Bellaire, Deer Park, Dickinson, Fresno, Friendswood, Houston, Kemah, La Porte, League City, Manvel, Missouri City, Pasadena, Pearland, Seabrook, South Houston and Webster.

Dr. Zatikyan is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the American College of Chest Physicians (ACCP).
